About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated nursing home manager / care home manager / registered manager to lead a high-performing residential and nursing care service. You will be responsible for:

• Leading a skilled care team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care to residents with elderly care / nursing care needs
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals
• Driving a positive and inclusive culture within the home
