The salary ranges from an OTE of £31,000 - £32,500.

We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Property Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Making regular check-in calls with landlords.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers and landlords.
  • Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements.
  • Completing inspections, inventories & check-outs of our customers.
  • Organising & recommending maintenance works.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential for this role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Resilience in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
