Overview
We\'re seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Harborne office. You\'ll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. Responsibilities
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years\' previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
- You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
- If you hold an automatic-only driving licence, you may not receive a company car immediately. You are required to have full access to your own vehicle for work purposes until a company car is provided (no car allowance whilst using your own vehicle)
- Full business-use car insurance cover (if using your own vehicle)
Driving Requirements

Compensation and Hours
- Basic salary range of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience
- Additional £5,900 earnings expected through uncapped commission
- Minimum on-target earnings of £26,700+ per year
- Company Car
- Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day-in-lieu)
