iO Associates are recruiting on behalf of a large housing association for a Programme Manager to join their IT & Business Change team. This is a permanent, full-time role (35 hours/week) based in Oldham, with a hybrid working model.

- Lead and manage complex programmes and related projects

- Proven success in delivering technical, software, and business change projects
- Strong budget and contract management
- Skilled in programme planning and resource forecasting
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with DevOps, Cloud, ITIL, and housing sector
- Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Certified in MSP, PRINCE2, APM or similar
