A well-established business in the UK is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead financial strategy and ensure financial viability. The role involves providing financial guidance, overseeing budgets, and managing a team. Ideal candidates are fully qualified accountants with at least 5 years' experience, strong leadership skills, and a good understanding of commercial impacts. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in finance.
- Proven experience managing multi-million-pound budgets.
- Experience working at board/SLT level.

- Lead the finance and accounting strategy to optimise financial performance.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the MD and senior leadership team.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial controls.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join a well-established business. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Finance Director will be responsible for ensuring the financial viability of the company while supporting strategic growth across all departments.
- Lead the finance and accounting strategy to optimise financial performance
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the MD and senior leadership team
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial controls
- Ensure accurate and timely management accounts and board reporting
- Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Lead, develop, and performance-manage the finance team
- Support business growth initiatives and system improvements
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Current member of CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
- Member of IoD, CMI or equivalent professional body
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience
- Proven experience managing multi-million-pound budgets
- Experience working at board/SLT level
- Background in manufacturing or engineering preferred
- Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and strategic mindset
