• Experience of working on Cloud based applications.
• Windows experience – Knowledge of IIS, error handling and troubleshooting.
• Ability to write queries in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience supporting a 24/7 application in a pressurised environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and act upon events generated by the event management system.
• Ownership of incidents assigned to the Support Team.
• Ensure incidents are updated and resolved within SLA.
• Participate in projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Execute validation scripts to verify application readiness.
