Skills
Business Development Manager
Salary: £50,000 + OTE £65,000+
Location: Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, or Cambridgeshire (covering East Anglia, London & South East)
- Drive sales growth across the manufacturing and engineering sectors
- Identify and win new business
- Manage key accounts
- Lead a small team to deliver results
- 5+ years\' sales experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
- Proven ability to secure and grow accounts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Full UK driving licence + flexibility for occasional overnight stays
- £50k salary + OTE £65k+
