We are currently seeking either an experienced Recruitment Manager or Senior Consultant looking for a step into management to lead and develop our SEND team based in London.
As Recruitment Manager for the SEND team, you will be responsible for managing a high‑performing team of consultants, driving business growth, and delivering an exceptional recruitment service to schools and candidates. This is a key leadership role with both strategic and hands‑on responsibilities.
- Lead, manage, and develop the SEND recruitment team to achieve and exceed targets
- Drive new business development while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and education regulations
