Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both internal and external sales, with at least 3 years of experience negotiating terms and successfully closing deals. The role requires a proactive individual who is confident, results-driven, and unafraid to tackle new challenges, including cold calling and building lasting relationships with clients.

Location: Uxbridge/Stockley Park
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm (with 1hr unpaid break)
Salary: up to £45k per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and success.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while driving new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services/products.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, including negotiation and deal-closing.
• Proven success in internal and external sales roles.
• Ability and willingness to prospect new clients through cold calling and other methods.
• Logistics experience is MANDATORY
• Languages: Speaking Polish, Romanian, or Lithuanian is an advantage but not essential.
