Business Development Manager

Salary: £50,000 + OTE £65,000+

Location: Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, or Cambridgeshire (covering East Anglia, London & South East)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across the manufacturing and engineering sectors
• Identify and win new business
• Manage key accounts
• Lead a small team to deliver results

• Proven ability to secure and grow accounts

• Full UK driving licence + flexibility for occasional overnight stays
