- Build and strengthen relations with key decision makers and influencers within the assigned Key Accounts, enabling deep understanding and foresight of their needs and building a foundation for achieving a preferred supplier status.
- Work with internal stakeholders to create customer centric Key Account Plans
- Monitor and report performance of the assigned Key Accounts.
- Pro-actively keep up to date with industry and market trends and best practices as well as Company products & services.
- Be responsible for the accuracy of customer master data and activity data in the CRM related to the assigned key accounts.
- 10+ years' proven experience within the 3PL/4PL Logistics sector (parcels) in growing and maintaining key accounts.
- Customer centric relationship builder with a consultative approach
- Value creation - ability to maximise value through relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Commercially focused with the ability to demonstrate contribution to growth.
- Strategic Key Account and project planning
