The Opportunity Hub UK is recruiting on behalf of a well-established PR agency that specialises in theatre, entertainment, and the visual arts. They are seeking a PR Senior Account Executive who is ready to step up and bring energy, insight, and a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a UK-based PR agency to a dynamic and creative team.

This independent agency is based in central London, just a short walk from Charing Cross station. With a portfolio spanning theatre, circus, opera, visual arts and live entertainment, they are known for delivering impactful campaigns that elevate the arts and engage the public. Their collaborative culture means you will work closely with an experienced team while building your own profile and voice in the sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain media contact databases to support strategic outreach
  • Draft and deliver effective PR campaigns across print, digital, and social media
  • Develop trusted relationships with journalists and clients
  • Write engaging press releases, media alerts, and briefing documents
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients, demonstrating campaign value
  • Proofread and polish written materials to ensure clarity and accuracy
  • Co-ordinate press nights, launch events, and media photo calls
  • Monitor media coverage and analyse campaign outcomes
  • Support the smooth running of the team with accurate admin and file management
  • Manage agency social media channels and contribute to campaign content
  • Contribute to creative discussions and wider brand strategy
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a UK-based PR agency
  • A genuine interest or background in arts and culture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the UK media landscape and journalist relationships
  • Highly organised and able to meet multiple deadlines
  • Confident writer with a sharp eye for tone and structure
  • Proofreading skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Dropbox and social media platforms
  • A team-focused mindset and collaborative approach
