As the Consumer Relations Representative, you will offer seamless customer service across our brands: HOKA, UGG, Teva. We seek friendly and courteous team members to advocate for our brands via telephone, email, web chat, and social media.

This role requires fluency in Dutch and English, both written and oral.

• Provide excellent, proactive customer service through various communication channels.
• Act as a country specialist, advising on local trends and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfillment.
• Analyze consumer feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
• Participate in consumer experience projects.
• Promote teamwork and support colleagues, embodying the 'One team' spirit.

• An adaptable team player with excellent communication skills.
• A self-starter with passion and enthusiasm.
• A proactive problem solver with a customer-centric mindset.
• Detail-oriented and capable of resolving queries via multiple channels.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Interest in fashion and our brands.
• Availability to start on 8 September 2025.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
