We are seeking a store manager capable of recruiting, leading, and developing a strong team to operate the ONLY store with high standards, efficiency, and excellent results. The ideal candidate will lead with proximity, fostering a founder’s mentality within the team, where ownership of the shop, the team, and the customers is shared. You should understand how to showcase our products at their best while organizing the store and team for optimal efficiency. Creating an exceptional customer experience is crucial to our success and essential for encouraging loyal customers to return for wardrobe upgrades.
