The Role

As a Consumer Relations Representative, you will provide seamless customer service across our brands: HOKA, UGG, Teva. You will communicate with customers via telephone, email, web chat, and social media, acting as an advocate for our brands. Fluency in both German and English, written and oral, is required.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent, proactive customer service at all contact points, ensuring seamless communication via various channels.
  • Serve as a market specialist, advising on local trends and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Utilize consumer feedback to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Participate in consumer experience projects within the company.
  • Promote teamwork and support colleagues to foster a unified team environment.
