Dutch Speaking Consumer Relations Representative (5 months FTC)

The Role:

As the Consumer Relations Representative, you will offer seamless customer service across our brands: HOKA, UGG, Teva. We seek friendly and courteous team members to advocate for our brands via telephone, email, web chat, and social media.

This role requires fluency in Dutch and English, both written and oral.

Your Impact:
  • Provide excellent, proactive customer service through various communication channels.
  • Act as a country specialist, advising on local trends and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Analyze consumer feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Participate in consumer experience projects.
  • Promote teamwork and support colleagues, embodying the 'One team' spirit.
