Job Description

Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for two vacancies which have become available for the Customer Service Advisor role:

  • 1 year fixed-term contract
  • 28.5 hours per week – permanent contract

Based at our Springfield site based in Chelmsford with hybrid working opportunities available following successful completion of probation period.

Starting salary of £24,455.00 PA (full time salary based on 37.5 hours per week), moving up to £26,000.00 PA (performance & contribution dependent) and the below benefits:

  • Flexible shift patterns within the working hours of 8:00am-8:00pm Mon-Fri and 9:00am-2:00pm Weekend Working
  • 25 Days Leave + Bank Holidays (based on full-time, 37.5 hours per week)

We are developing and growing our National Enquiry Centre and as a result we have two new exciting Customer Service Advisor opportunities based at our Springfield Hospital site based in Chelmsford. We are looking for people passionate about customer service to join us and in return receive excellent benefits, training and ongoing career development opportunities within our National Enquiry Centre or across the wider business.

The National Enquiry Centre is Ramsay UK’s central customer service hub and is the heart of our business. Open from 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 2pm Weekends, our dedicated advisors provide telephone, email and web support to our patients and pride themselves on delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.
