A leading holiday rental company is seeking a Revenue Management Director to lead pricing strategies and optimize revenue across multiple properties. Role Purpose
The Revenue Management Director at Forge Holiday Group will lead the commercial optimisation of a diverse holiday rental portfolio through cutting-edge revenue management strategies.
This role is central to our commercial strategy, responsible for dynamic price setting, real-time yield optimisation, and machine learning-led forecasting to maximise income per booking and overall occupancy. You’ll align pricing tactics with shifting consumer behaviours, evolving product types, and market demand, while also identifying growth through tailored pricing strategies and new revenue streams.
Role Responsibilities
Define and deliver revenue strategies across properties, regions, and product types.
Balance short-term trading agility with long-term growth targets.
Implement dynamic pricing models and maximise RevPAR and occupancy.
Leverage AI and automation to adapt in real time to booking and demand trends.
Collaborate with Data Science on predictive forecasting and price decisioning tools.
Use data to identify anomalies, trends, and opportunity gaps.
Optimise strategies in response to consumer behaviour, booking patterns, and perceived value.
Tailor tactics for high-impact and underperforming properties.
Inform supply strategy with insights on profitability, demand, and seasonality.
Lead and grow upselling and ancillary revenue programmes.
Build performance dashboards and guide trading decisions across the business.
Lead a high-performing commercial team, embedding a test-and-learn culture.
Partner across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment.
Your Experience
Essential:
Extensive experience in revenue or commercial leadership in the holiday rental, hospitality, or accommodation sectors.
Expertise in yield management, dynamic pricing, and commercial analytics.
Proven ability to implement automated or ML-powered forecasting tools..
Strong understanding of UK regional travel trends, OTA/distribution dynamics, and customer behaviours.
Proficiency with RMS, PMS, pricing automation tools, and BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
Experience in multi-product and multi-market environments.
Desirable
Hands-on involvement with predictive analytics or demand forecasting systems.
Familiarity with channel managers, API rate distribution, and pricing experimentation frameworks.
Experience collaborating with data science teams or integrating third-party ML pricing vendors.
Understanding of upselling frameworks and pricing for value-added services
