Maidstone (Hybrid, 2–3 days in-office) | Up to £55,000

Are you ready to take the next step in your CRM career? We're recruiting a CRM Manager to join a fast-paced, customer-centric e-commerce brand based in Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned CRM professional—or a talented Senior CRM Executive ready for a step up—to lead strategy and execution across the full customer lifecycle.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering engaging, data-driven campaigns that drive loyalty, conversion, and retention, while mentoring a small, collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead day-to-day CRM strategy and execution across email, automated journeys, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Work closely with creative, data, and product teams to deliver personalised customer experiences
  • Analyse campaign and customer data to continually optimise performance
  • Manage and mentor two CRM Executives
  • Contribute to testing, segmentation, and innovation in lifecycle marketing

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing (e-commerce or retail experience a plus)
  • Confident planning and delivering end-to-end campaigns
  • Strong grasp of data segmentation, testing, and personalisation
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Ometria, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.)
  • A proactive, commercially minded attitude

This is a hybrid role, with 2–3 days a week in the Maidstone office. The team is supportive, energetic, and committed to building a best-in-class customer experience.
