We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service Representatives to join our team and support us during the busy Christmas period. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, supportive environment, this is the perfect role for you!

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Place corporate orders and liaise with clients
• Provide product advice and prepare quotations
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and delivery issues
• Keep accurate customer service records

• A people-first attitude and great communication skills
• Confident using IT systems and handling multiple tasks
• Positive, resilient, and eager to deliver excellent service
• Flexible with working hours during the festive season (some evenings & weekends)
• Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential, full training provided!
• Car driver is essential!

• £12.21 per hour
