A leading meal delivery company is looking for a Delivery Driver to work 16 hours per week, delivering frozen meals and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include timely meal delivery, order picking, and ensuring customer confidentiality. Applicants should have experience in customer service and possess a full UK driving licence. This position is working 16 hours per week, any 2 in 6 days including regular Saturday working and bank holidays. This position will include CSA responsibilities as well as driving and picking. Our drivers are the face of our business and their interaction with our customers is crucial to our success. In this role you will be delivering frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals and bringing sunshine to our customers doors (no matter what the weather is doing). As such, you will enjoy meeting people and always be willing to go above and beyond what is expected. You will be working within our coldstore that runs at a chilly -20ºc. Protective clothing designed to deal with this temperature will be provided along with breaks to warm up and have a hot drink when necessary. You will need to work as part of the wider team always looking to help out the office team. You must have held a UK manual driving licence for at least 2 years. All offers of employment are subject to a Driving Assessment, Driving Licence checks and basic DBS checks. As this role involves working with elderly and vulnerable customers, it is exempt from The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires a basic DBS Disclosure. The amendments to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (2013 and 2020) provide that when applying for certain jobs and activities, certain convictions and cautions are considered \'protected\'.
