Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

Key responsibilities as a Divisional Sales Compliance Manager:

• To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the finance and insurance function.
• Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of products.
• Processing finance and insurance transactions, accurately and obtaining approval and payment through approved sources.
• Effectively communicate with dealerships within the group, taking responsibility for reviewing and approving all vehicle purchases prior to invoicing and delivery.
• Take an active role in observing and driving policies relating to FCA and GDPR.

Required skills as a Divisional Sales Compliance Manager:

• Preferred knowledge of UK motor retail industry regulations, consumer protection laws, and industry best practices related to vehicle sales.
• Proven experience in a compliance role within the motor retail industry, preferably in a sales or dealership environment.
• Strong understanding of data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR compliance and ability to maintain online self-accreditation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ability to negotiate profitable transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enable you to build good customer relationships.
