SF Technology are supporting a private equity–backed, multi-site, B2B services business on the appointment of a transformational Chief Information Officer, CIO.
The role offers a base salary of £150,000–£200,000 plus an annual bonus and substantial deal bonus.
The business is highly profitable, on a strong growth trajectory and has massively improved operational performance since receiving investment.
Technology is seen as a key enabler for the next phase — with significant investment approved for new systems, data strategy, and AI adoption. The CIO will play a central role in shaping this journey and galvanising the IT team to deliver business-wide change.
