We are seeking a customer service-focused Parts Driver to join our Mercedes Benz Truck & Van Centre in Southampton. You will play a vital role in our daily operations by driving and relocating vehicles and parts. Reporting to the Parts Manager, this customer-facing role involves supporting parts operations with diverse daily tasks. The position is permanent and full-time.

You must have a full, clean UK driving licence and previous experience driving a long wheelbase van. Key skills include:

• Customer service orientation, representing our business professionally
• Strong organization and time management skills for planning routes and tasks
• Excellent paperwork and documentation skills

• Deliver parts to support service operations
• Assist in picking, packing, and delivering parts orders to customers
• Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries
• Complete delivery and collection within set timeframes
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork
• Maintain high safety standards and adhere to road laws during driving operations
