This job involves working with high-net worth clients, identifying their needs, developing relationships, reviewing investment goals, and preparing investment recommendations aligned with client objectives. Key responsibilities include leveraging technology for business growth, profiling activities to determine client investor profiles, building a sustainable book of business, and providing opportunities for career advancement within the bank. The position requires SAFE Act registration and compliance with related regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored advice to clients through reviews and presentations, assessing financial goals and recommending strategies.
- Communicate suitable solutions for clients' financial needs, including core banking, investment, and life solutions.
- Partner with Financial Advisor teams to share market insights and promote portfolio growth.
- Utilize bank resources to benefit clients and prospects.
- Develop and grow a book of business to meet financial targets and advance as an advisor.
- Prioritize client requests and connect them with appropriate internal services.
The Advisor Development Program (ADP):
This program provides training and mentorship to develop successful, independent financial advisors. Advisors will work with affluent and high-net worth clients, honing relationship management skills, and preparing for a career within Merrill Wealth Management.

Required Qualifications:
- Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
- At least two years of experience in financial services or sales.
- Minimum one year in the investments industry with product knowledge.
- Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills.
- Effective communicator, capable of managing goals and navigating complex environments.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven lead generation and partnership skills.
- Experience in investment management, sales, and client development.
- Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business.
- Additional designations like CFP or CRPC are a plus.
