We are seeking to recruit a Sales Executive for a dealership near Southampton.

• Experience within the Motor Trade as a Sales Executive
• Must have experience of and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of meeting objectives
• Determined to succeed and driven to improve performance daily
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• Smart appearance and well-organized

Additional Requirements:

• Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles accordingly
• Achieve and maintain high levels of new and used vehicle sales, including add-on sales
• Maximize every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business
• Must have a valid UK driving license

Salary: £25k basic with potential earnings of £45k-£50k including a company car
