When you'll be in the office depends on your role, with this team being spread out across the UK, you will predominantly be based at home.

The Sales Executive position is central to our Home Charge Sales team, which is committed to accelerating our business expansion by taking inbound calls from various sales channels, including Pod Drive, EDF plug power and OEMs, as well as organic customers seeking general installation information.
Therefore, we require someone to:
- Respond efficiently to inbound leads via phone and email.
- Qualify the customer’s need for a charging point.
- Talk them through the different options available to them.
- Keeping customers up to date on their installation processes
- Convert leads to happy customers.
- Support the HC Team Leader when required with any additional duties
Electrify us with your skills:
We think the role would be great for somebody who has previously worked within a telesales role at a tech company as well as someone with:
- A minimum of one year of experience in B2B or B2C telesales, regardless of the industry.
- Proficiency in IT and familiarity with various business platforms.
- Confident communicator
- Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on prioritising customer needs.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and exhilarating work environment.
- Experience within the EV sector would be a big bonus but is not mandatory.
