Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Uncapped Bonus Structure
MCS is proud to be working exclusively with a leading luxury hospitality brand as they seek to appoint a Business Development Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious sales professional to play a key role in driving growth across the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) and group leisure markets.
The successful candidate will focus on developing and securing new business across the Island of Ireland and Great Britain, with additional opportunities to support the group's wider international growth, particularly in North America. Working closely with the Global Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in unlocking new revenue streams across the entire property portfolio.
