Responsibilities:

You’ll take full ownership of the CRM marketing calendar, managing end-to-end campaign delivery across email and push channels. You'll use testing and data insight to continually improve performance and ensure communications are timely, relevant, and effective.

  • Own and manage the CRM marketing calendar to drive customer engagement and hit KPIs
  • Generate new content ideas and align campaigns with wider marketing plans
  • Deliver campaigns from brief to build, working closely with copy and design
  • Plan, execute and analyse A/B tests to optimise performance
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure accurate product communication
  • Ensure all campaigns meet GDPR compliance requirements
  • Champion CRM best practice and continuous improvement

Skills and Experience:

We're looking for someone with a great mix of creativity, commercial thinking, and attention to detail. You’ll likely have:

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and campaign delivery
  • Strong planning and stakeholder management skills
  • A data-led approach to marketing with proven analytical skills
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple channels (email, push)
  • Basic HTML knowledge for email editing
  • Familiarity with Blueshift CRM is a big plus
