A well-established and growing residential developer is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join the team on a high-quality, new private development.

Working alongside a highly experienced Senior Consultant, you'll be supported and guided as you help buyers through their home buying journey, from initial enquiry to exchange. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress in new homes or make the transition from a related property background, such as estate agency or lettings.

What We're Looking For:

Previous sales experience in new homes, estate agency, or lettings

A strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapport

Confident, personable, and enthusiastic - someone who thrives in a customer-facing role

A fast learner, open to guidance and development

Organised and able to follow the full sales process through to completion
