About the role

Working within a diverse, talented, and high-velocity team, our Assistant Account Executive will support the UK team with onboarding clients, managing renewals, and improving processes and policies within the team and the wider company.

This role offers great learning opportunities and exposure to the workings of an Insurtech and broker. It has the potential to evolve into an Account Executive role, responsible for handling clients and negotiating policies with underwriters.

About you:

We are looking for an ambitious, meticulous, and hardworking individual to help onboard and manage larger clients, with a proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail. The candidate should be a team player, capable of thinking creatively and going the extra mile for complex clients.

What you'll get up to:

• Manage workload and support the Advised team and clients.
• Focus on industry verticals like MedTech & Life Science and Tech SaaS.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to find solutions for clients.
• Draft documentation and improve processes.
• Work with team leaders to optimise processes, technology, and automation.
• Assist with enquiries and renewals for existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Utilise strong software and technology skills.
• Develop new skills and pursue Cert CII qualification.
