Job description

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of existing commercial clients across a variety of risks, including Commercial Combined, Liability, Motor Fleet, Cyber, Professional Indemnity, and D&O.
• Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and day-to-day servicing
• Prepare quotations, market documentation, and presentations to support client servicing and sales activity.
• Work closely with clients and insurers to deliver an exceptional service experience
• Mix of Acturis/e-trade and bespoke schemes, including underwriting and rate-setting on their own portal
• Process 20 - 30 renewals per month, with regular client contact via phone and occasional in-person meetings locally
• Opportunity to get involved in new business if desired
