Your Key Responsibilities

Bizon is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to strengthen its Marketing activities as part of its growth and international development. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will play a key role in the operational deployment of the marketing strategy while ensuring its consistency and impact on a global scale.

Operational Implementation

1. Launch and coordinate marketing campaigns in line with the defined marketing strategy;
2. CRM management: continuous feeding of our lead database, segmentation, and alignment with our content marketing strategy;
3. Plan and oversee the creation and publication of content tailored to our commercial targets (webinars, blog articles, social media, newsletters, videos, podcasts, etc.);
4. Maximize campaign performance through optimized distribution across all channels (website, blog, events, press relations, etc.);
5. Produce case studies highlighting the successes achieved with our clients and optimize their distribution.

International Deployment

1. Adapt and localize marketing resources and content for different markets (with a priority on the UK);
2. Implement processes and tools to support local marketing and sales teams, leveraging the Publicis and Amazon networks;
3. Ensure overall consistency, quality, and performance of marketing campaigns.

Analysis and Performance

1. Define, track, and analyze actions based on performance indicators and data (visibility, reach, audience, engagement, etc.);
2. Maintain continuous monitoring of the ecosystem: Amazon, e-commerce, retail marketing, and media trends;
3. Monitor competitors (companies, agencies, experts) and the latest trends (innovation, technology, AI, regulations, etc.).

Your Profile

Who are you?

1. Graduate of a business school or a specialized program in marketing, communication, or digital fields;
2. You have 3-4 years of experience in growth marketing, in a dynamic environment (start-up, tech, agency, international company);
3. Passion for brands and storytelling, with the ability to think creatively and strategically about marketing strategies & growth;
4. Very curious about the Amazon universe: e-commerce, retail marketing, and media;
5. A versatile professional and entrepreneur mindset: creative in storytelling and rigorous in analysis;
6. Autonomous, proactive, and resourceful, with a strong preference for teamwork (cross-functional and international).

Required skills?

1. Native or bilingual proficiency in English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (a second language is a strong plus: German, Italian, Spanish);
2. Excellent project management skills in a collaborative setting;
3. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
4. Performance-driven: adept at analyzing KPIs and leveraging data relevant to your activities and skilled in using analytical tools to measure and communicate performance;
5. Proactive problem-solving skills and analytical thinking;
6. Strong sense of innovation and creativity to develop and deploy impactful and high-performing marketing campaigns.
