As a Sales Technician for the DACH region, your primary mission will be to drive business growth and revenue within the German-speaking market. You will work directly with a leading software manufacturer, playing a key role in expanding its presence and supporting strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell software solutions and create tailored proposals for identified companies in the DACH market.
- Prepare and manage offers, pricing, and contracts.
- Proactively follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Log all sales activity and client interactions daily in Salesforce.
- Attend industry events and represent the company to strengthen its market presence.
- Organize and lead meetings with clients and prospects.
- Coordinate and support sales campaigns and initiatives in the region.
- Contribute to the optimization of sales processes and share best practices with the broader team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in working closely with product and technical teams.
