  • Investigar incidentes de calidad y analizar causas.
  • Gestionar análisis y pruebas.
  • Preparar informes y respuestas a clientes.
  • Implementar acciones correctivas.
  • Gestionar quejas de manera integral.
  • Proporcionar asistencia técnica a los clientes.

Minimum qualifications:

  • University Degree.
  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Proficiency in office tools.
  • Good social and communication skills.
