Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role—ideally within engineering or industrial environments.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001; internal auditor certification is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify occupational risks and help implement prevention strategies.
• Monitor the effectiveness of safety measures and propose improvements.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations.
• Support ISO 45001 implementation across departments and assist managers in compliance.
• Prepare internal reports and safety documentation for audits and leadership reviews.
• Update and maintain emergency response plans.
• Organize and deliver training sessions and emergency drills to ensure team readiness.
• Monitor use of PPE and ensure that safety protocols are followed on-site.
• Participate in both internal and external audits.
• Carry out regular site visits across Europe to ensure health and safety compliance in the field.

What You Bring

• Technical degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Safety, Hygiene & Ergonomics).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role—ideally within engineering or industrial environments.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Availability to travel up to 40% of your time across Europe.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001; internal auditor certification is a plus.
