The role also requires staying abreast of emerging scientific and technological trends and collaborating on digital roadmaps.

• Bachelor's degree in Science/Informatics or related field with 12+ years of experience; Master's with 10+ years; PhD with 4+ years
• Extensive experience with scientific workflows and key data
• Significant experience in scientific disciplines within CMC and a strong IT/data analytics background
• Proven leadership in diverse teams and collaboration skills
• Ability to solve complex challenges and influence stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English, both oral and written
