Key Responsibilities

• Automation Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust automation strategies that drive performance.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, communicating effectively and delivering clear insights to support decision-making processes.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and developing their skills in automation testing.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of automation testing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (essential) and English.
• Experience: Proven experience as an Automation Test Manager, with expertise in automation testing tools and methodologies.
• Consultancy Skills: Strong consulting background, with a focus on client engagement and the ability to tailor solutions.
• Leadership Abilities: Track record of successfully mentoring and leading junior team members.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in key automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, etc.), scripting languages, and testing frameworks.
