Your Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy pricing strategy with and for the business unit & regional commercial teams
- Lead projects to implement a new pricing operating model, incl. software and change initiatives
- Drive the implementation of pricing strategies across different market segments
- Lead ongoing pricing activities and support regional sales teams to execute pricing measures
- Steer all pricing-related topics, drive pricing performance, ensure pricing governance and manage the pricing processes of the business units, in close alignment with the commercial team
- Lead category pricing activities in coordination with the business unit
- Actively drive pricing performance in accordance with the product life cycle management
- Act as subject matter expert and key contact for all pricing-related topics
- Pricing business partner and sparring partner for the business unit and regions

Your qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a similar field is required. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or similar advanced degree is preferred
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a business partnership, stakeholder management and project execution role
- 3+ years of experience in the health care sector (MedTech, insurance, hospital)
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and excellent conceptual skills as well as a strategic mindset
- Ability to design and manage analysis with large amounts of data
- Experience working with pricing software (PROS, Vendavo, Price fx, or similar) is nice to have
- Experience working with SAP and BI preferred
- Self-driven individual, with the ability to drive projects with a low level of supervision
