Who we are looking for…

You are a host with organizational talent and have some managerial experience. You approach our international guest clientele with warmth, openness, and professionalism to make their events memorable. Whether conferences, weddings, product presentations, or congresses – you oversee our large event areas and state-of-the-art conference technology. Collaborate with the C&B team to ensure every event is successful!

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring proper execution of operational processes
• Managing multiple events and guiding the team of employees and trainees
• Providing excellent service and creating perfect events for guests
• Collaborating closely with the C&B Service Manager and the Convention Sales & Event department
• Supporting administrative and operational tasks for the Convention & Banqueting Service Manager
• Implementing creative F&B concepts in the MICE area, aligning with hotel goals and standards
• Working with all hotel departments and leadership as a team player
• Contributing to the development of the banquet team and trainees, sharing your knowledge

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in conference & event sector with initial team leadership experience
• Ability to implement new trends creatively
• High standards for quality and service
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Strong organizational talent and multitasking ability
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and hands-on mentality
• Guest-oriented mindset and motivation to inspire your team
• Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and mentoring
