As a project manager in the Sales Applications Team, you will have an opportunity to impact the company’s growth by delivering mid-to-large-sized projects, managing an international team of consultants, and improving processes. Beyond delivering high-impact projects, this role offers the opportunity to expand into program management, providing a broader perspective on strategic project execution. Join our team with your project management background to help the company grow in profitability and sales.

1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Partner with Sales and Finance stakeholders to ensure successful implementations. Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, planning, budget, timeline, risk, quality, and communication. Lead virtual, international project teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
2. REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING: Develop understanding of Sales and Finance processes to align solutions with business needs. Evaluate project requirements against IT roadmap and industry best practices. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
3. VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Build and maintain relationships with external vendors. Plan and manage external resources to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, ideally in FMCG industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience with SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, BW, TPM).
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with teams and facilitate collaboration.
• Ability to lead discussions, manage stakeholders, and influence decisions.

Minimum salary according to collective agreement is EUR 2,471 gross/month, with a market-oriented compensation package above this minimum.
