Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director (all gender) to join our team at Maritim Hotels Mauritius, overseeing our portfolio in Mauritius including the Maritim Resort & Spa Mauritius, Welnest, Jacaranda, and La Reserve. The role involves developing and executing commercial strategies, managing revenue growth, and enhancing our market presence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies aligned with company goals
  • Providing leadership to sales, marketing, revenue management, and distribution teams
  • Identifying new business opportunities and building stakeholder relationships
  • Leading negotiations and closing high-value deals
  • Managing the commercial budget and resource allocation
  • Fostering a high-performance team culture
  • Reporting on commercial performance and market insights

Requirements:
