We provide comprehensive training on the company’s products, along with guidance on troubleshooting and technical solutions.

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with partners, demonstrating empathy
• Work towards targets set by the client and internal goals
• Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues
• Follow diagnostic procedures, focusing on frequently asked questions
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions

• Strong written and verbal skills in German
• Good communication skills in English
