About the Role

TP in Greece collaborates with Canon, a leader in professional and consumer imaging equipment and information systems. We offer job opportunities for technology enthusiasts to provide customer support for printers, photocopiers, digital cameras, and other imaging products to German-speaking customers.

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training on the company's products and guidance on troubleshooting and technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email.
2. Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly.
3. Maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and demonstrate empathy at all times.
4. Work towards achieving targets set by the client and internal goals.
5. Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues.
6. Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on handling frequently asked questions effectively.
7. Ensure every customer has a positive experience.
8. Collaborate and exchange ideas with colleagues.
