Would you like to gain in-depth experience in the world of photography and imaging? TP in Greece collaborates with Canon, a leader in professional and consumer imaging equipment and information systems. We proudly offer job opportunities for technology enthusiasts to provide customer support for printers, photocopiers, digital cameras, and other imaging products to German-speaking customers.

We provide successful candidates with comprehensive training on the company’s products, as well as guidance on troubleshooting and technical solutions.

What you will do :

Depending on the team you join, responsibilities may vary:

  1. Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
  2. Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
  3. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners, demonstrating empathy at all times
  4. Work towards achieving targets set out by the client statement of work and internal goals
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues as needed
  6. Follow standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on handling frequently asked questions effectively
  7. Strive to turn every customer interaction into a positive experience
  8. Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues
