We provide comprehensive training on the company's products and guidance on troubleshooting and technical solutions.

What you will do:

Responsibilities vary depending on the team you join:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and e-mail
• Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with partners and demonstrate empathy
