ABOUT THIS ROLE
As our Growth Marketing Manager (all genders), you'll play a key role in expanding WorkerHero’s customer acquisition engine. You'll be responsible for testing and scaling new paid and referral channels to diversify our marketing mix, with a primary focus on Google Ads and building / refining referral partnerships (e.g. job boards, aggregators, networks).
You’ll work closely with our Performance Marketing Managers and Head of Marketing to identify growth opportunities and execute experiments end-to-end. You will be part of a collaborative team that values clear results, faster iterations, and a pragmatic approach to growth.
YOUR MISSION
Channel Testing & Scaling : Launch, test, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads (job-seekers in blue and gray collar sector).
Partner Acquisition & Management : Research and build partnerships with job boards, referral networks, aggregators, and other relevant platforms.
Experimentation : Design and run A / B tests across landing pages, creatives, targeting, and messaging to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Analytics & Reporting : Monitor performance metrics, evaluate CAC and ROI by channel / partner, and report learnings weekly.
Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with the Product, Design, and Talent Operations teams to ensure messaging consistency and lead quality.
Innovation : Constantly explore and recommend new acquisition channels and tactics to accelerate growth.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
3–5 years of experience in performance / growth marketing with a focus on paid media and / or partnerships.
Proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads (Search and Display).
Experience building or managing referral or affiliate partnerships.
Strong analytical mindset – you’re comfortable with data, A / B testing, and performance dashboards.
Hands-on mentality – you’re a doer who thrives in a fast-paced, lean environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus but not required).
Bonus : Experience working with marketplaces, recruiting, or B2B SaaS.
