About the Position
You will join the Cloudi-Fi Customer Success team, assisting customers during deployment, providing integration, consulting, training, and post-sales support. You will also relay customer-specific feature requests to the product team.
From engaging during product demos and proof of concept to deployment, you will be crucial in ensuring a successful customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients.
- Be the technical authority on our solutions.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and analyzing customer data to improve experience.
- Collaborate internally to enhance customer experience and provide feedback on product features.
- Identify blockers proactively and work with peers to resolve them.
- Conduct recurring reviews with customers.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies.
- Work on debugging and resolving technical issues in Wi-Fi environments like Meraki, Fortinet, HP Aruba, Cisco WLC.
Technical Competencies
- Web: HTTP protocol
- Security: VPN (IPSEC, GRE), Firewalling, Proxy, DNS
- LAN: network access control, AAA (Radius), DHCP, Captive Portal
Your Profile
- Curious with a desire to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and a helpful attitude.
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication.
- Experience leading meetings and workshops.
- Effective in person and digital presenter.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Adaptable to changing roles and responsibilities.
- 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in CSM, account management, consulting, or client service.
- Native or bilingual in German, fluent in English.
