Job Description:

Global Contract Process and Risk Manager (f/m/d)

About the Role

You will support the function by leveraging new technologies for digitalization, including AI-supported contract reviews, CLM Suite installations, Ariba harmonization, and End-to-End Contract Management. Your goal is to ensure consistent contract management, manage risk, secure supply, and optimize commercial terms. You will collaborate with Legal, IT, and Procurement leadership to implement the latest processes and technologies.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop, standardize, and optimize End-to-End Contract Risk Management processes, systems, documentation, and training.
• Set standards for efficient, transparent Contract Risk Management, aligning Sales and Procurement Contracts to mitigate or transfer risks in line with approval processes.
• Ensure process compliance and performance as the Global Process Owner for Contract Lifecycle Management in Procurement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Governance, Legal, Procurement, Sales, Quality, HSE, and others to optimize processes.
• Manage Contract Management in Ariba by providing standards, guidance, training, and support, working with IT to implement system requirements.

What You Bring

• Degree in Law, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience in Contracts Management within global companies, including drafting, negotiation, risk assessment, and developing standard contracts.
• Subject Matter Expertise in contracts, legal, risk, procurement, and commercial functions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse partners, including senior management, across different cultures.
• Deep knowledge of contract management software, especially SAP Ariba Contract Management, and understanding of business policies.
• Strong teamwork skills and flexibility to work with global offices.
• Proficiency in English; German or other languages are a plus.
