Cambridge International Systems, Inc. is seeking experienced professionals such as Air Force Air Battle Managers and Weapons Directors, Navy Air Intercept Controllers, Marine Air Control Officers, Air Command and Control Officers, and Tactical Air Defense Controllers. These roles involve serving as Scenario Controllers utilizing Warroom software to conduct SEAD training for USAFE and Coalition Forces. The position is located in the Kaiserslautern/Ramstein, Germany area. Candidates must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance, be eligible for NATO Indoctrination, and meet TESA accreditation requirements. TESA Certification offers income tax exemptions in both Germany and the US, among other perks.

Employees may be eligible for relocation reimbursement.

Role Responsibilities

1. Coordinate planning, execution, and feedback for local, mobile, and LSB EW TTAO training missions.
2. Communicate EW TTAO systems capabilities and limitations to replicate real-world threats and meet training objectives.
3. Interpret exercise orders and communication plans for EW TTAO training events.
4. Maintain knowledge of current and developing threat capabilities and tactics.
5. Perform additional duties as necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Eligibility for NATO Secret Indoctrination.
• 5+ years of recent experience as specified roles or 11+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• US citizenship and a valid passport.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience, or 11+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with relevant technologies.

Desired Qualifications

• USAF Air Battle Manager Instructor.
• US Army Air Defense Artillery Fire Control Officers Instructor.
• Experience supporting OCONUS government operations.

Travel Requirements

• Up to 25% travel within Europe.

Physical Environment & Working Conditions

Compliance with TDY/OCONUS vaccination requirements is required. Work involves office environment tasks, with potential short-distance travel on-site.
